Rocky Patel's Sapphire followed the 2025 Emerald in the company's run of gemstone-named lines and took more than 100 blend variations to chase the lingering sweetness of older Cuban tobacco. It is made at Tabacalera Villa Cuba in Estelí from tobacco dating back to 2014, with fillers aged six to seven years, and shipped in June 2026 in octagonal boxes.
