Nothing leaves your balance until they hand the reward over. Rewards are while supplies last and are subject to change or substitution at any time.

One point per check-in, four hours apart, up to four a day, while we're open 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in reads your location once to confirm you're at 99 7th Ave NE, and never stores it. 21+ to purchase tobacco. Rewards and terms subject to change — see below.

The Gator Circle is a courtesy program we run for our regulars. Everything about it — the rewards on offer, what they cost in points, the minimum purchase attached to them, and the program itself — is subject to change, substitution or withdrawal at any time, without notice. Every reward is while supplies last.
- Subject to change. Rewards, point costs, minimum purchase amounts, earning rules and these terms may be added to, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, without notice. The terms in force are the ones shown on this page.
- While supplies last. Rewards are limited to stock on hand and are never guaranteed. An item listed today may be gone before you claim it. We may substitute an item of similar value or offer an alternative at our discretion.
- One reward per level. Each level entitles you to a single item, chosen from that level’s options and claimed at the counter. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions unless we say otherwise.
- Minimum purchase. Levels that carry a minimum purchase require it in the same transaction as the redemption, and the minimum purchase excludes tobacco products.
- No tobacco is given away. Rewards are accessories, merchandise, or a stated amount off a non-tobacco purchase. No cigar, cigarette, vape or other tobacco product is offered as a reward at any level.
- Points have no cash value. Points are not property. They carry no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, pooled with another member’s balance, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
- Membership is personal. One account per person and per mobile number. Accounts, balances and rewards are not transferable.
- Check-ins must be genuine. A check-in has to be made by you, in the shop, during opening hours. We may void points, refuse a redemption or close an account where we find duplicate accounts, a falsified location, or any other attempt to earn points without visiting.
- Our records govern. Balances and redemptions are settled against our records. A member of staff confirms your balance and any minimum purchase with you at the counter when you claim.
- 21+ only. You must be 21 or older to enter the shop or to purchase tobacco products. Valid photo ID is required.
- Void where prohibited. The program is offered only at 99 7th Ave NE, Ruskin, FL, and only where permitted by law.
