Oscar Valladares founded his company in 2012 and named his first line for that year and for the Maya calendar that some read as foretelling the end of the world on December 21, 2012. 2012 by Oscar grew to Corojo, Maduro, Connecticut and Barber Pole versions; this Sumatra, the fifth, arrived in July 2023 in three box-pressed sizes, made in Danlí, Honduras.
Available for private acquisition and sampling inside our physical walk-in humidors. Each vitola is personally curated and maintained under optimal humidity conditions.
