A bold but balanced, medium-bodied Macanudo blend, rated 91 points by Cigar Aficionado. An Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Dominican La Vega Especial binder, with Dominican and Nicaraguan viso and Brazilian Mata Fina; earthy, woody and nutty.
General Cigar introduced the Crü Royale at the 2010 IPCPR show as its first test of a “new age” Macanudo, pairing an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a Dominican La Vega Especial binder and a filler of Dominican and Nicaraguan viso with Brazilian Mata Fina. It is one of Macanudo's Legacy blends and is made in the Dominican Republic.
