Sensory Blend Profile
A late-shift cigar from GTO's founder, ER physician Dr. Oscar Rodriguez, and his friend Mario Caraballo. A Condega habano oscuro wrapper over an Indonesian Sumatra-seed binder and Condega, Estelí and Jalapa filler, rolled at Gomez Cigars in Nicaragua.
GTO's founder, Dr. Oscar Rodriguez, is also an emergency-room physician, and Insomnia, whose box shows him in scrubs, is his nod to the long shifts. He blended it with his lifelong friend and fellow veteran Mario Caraballo of Casa Caraballo; unlike GTO's Dominican cigars, it is made at Gomez Cigars in Nicaragua. It launched in October 2025 in boxes of ten and returned in May 2026 with new packaging.
